Storage Connect Center is a facility that houses 500 storage containers and serves homeless individuals who are 18 years old and older in the City of San Diego.

Program Services

Storage Connect Center provides a secure, protected space for participants in the City of San Diego to store their personal belongings on an ongoing basis and have access to their belongings during hours of operation, 7 days a week.  Each participant of the Facility will have access to one lockable storage container free of charge. Facility staff will provide participants with access to their belongings in the waiting area under supervision.

The Homeless Outreach Workers engage with the participants and link them to housing, employment, and other services.

The Homeless Outreach Workers also engage with the homeless individuals on the street and refer them to housing and/or other services.

 

Eligibility Requirements

  • Participants must be homeless as defined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) & be willing to self-certify as homeless as part of the enrollment process.
  • Participants must be 18 years old or older.
  • Participants reside in the City of San Diego.
  • Participants are required to sign a Terms of Service Agreement.
  • Participants will need to acknowledge the Rules and Regulations of the Facility.

Monday-Friday from 7am-7pm, Saturday and Sunday from 8am-11am
