Fresno IMPACT program offers 24-hour assertive community treatment for individuals with a co-occurring diagnosis who have accessed the emergency response system at a higher than average rate.

All clients of Fresno IMPACT are eligible to receive medication management and monitoring, therapy, drug and alcohol counseling, case management, vocational rehabilitation, peer counseling and support, and housing services.

Eligibility

Fresno IMPACT serves individuals who need services that are more intensive than those provided by traditional outpatient mental health services and who meet the two following requirements. He or she:

  •  Been diagnosed with a serious mental illness and substance abuse disorder
  •  Accessed the emergency response system at a higher than average rate

Referrals

Fresno IMPACT clients are referred by the Fresno County.
