As Mental Health Systems’ Senior Vice President, Orville Coonce is responsible for oversight of all MHS clinical divisions: Mental Health, Substance Abuse, Family Service, Criminal Justice and Corrections. A licensed psychologist, Orville has more than 25 years of experience managing child and adolescent mental health programs, including 10 years of experience developing and administering wraparound services in San Diego. He has served with San Diego County Mental Health Services for 12 years with assignments that have included the County of San Diego’s Child, Youth and Family Services Division as well as managing various county-funded Mental Health Service contracts (San Diego, Fresno and Stanislaus Counties) as Family Services Vice President.  These represent contracts with the following government agencies: San Diego, San Bernardino, Fresno, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Riverside, Orange Counties; State of California OSAP; Federal SAMHSA and Department of Labor grants.
