(March 2012)-We have previously told you of several pending policy decisions, and these are still in process this month. California’s legislature will have the final say on the Essential Health Benefit. This means they will be charged with implementing Parity. The Supreme Court is expected to rule on Affordable Care Act (ACA) next month. Experts believe California will adopt healthcare reform even if the Supreme Court strikes the ACA.
