Colleen Marshal oversees and manages all Mental Health Systems’ staff development, training and implementation of the agency’s Electronic Health Record. She joined MHS in 2001 as a program manager and advanced to Associate Vice President in 2004. She created the Family Forces program, which serves military families throughout San Diego and Riverside County. The program provides outpatient counseling services for 800 military families annually and is the only program of its kind. Marshall is also a trainer and consultant for other non-profit organizations and a trainer at the William R. Mead Training Academy. In addition, she is a MINT trainer, AAMFT-approved supervisor and clinical member of CAMFT and AAMFT.
