Linda Condon holds an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix. She has served in management capacities in both the legal (paralegal) and social service environments. Linda has also served as a consultant in the substance abuse field in outcome management, training and drug medical certification. Her experience has included managing a drug court program and coordinating Mental Health Systems regional duties in Fresno. Her expertise includes human resource management, fundraising and billing oversight. She has been an instructor for the William R. Mead Training Academy since its inception in Fresno.
