Job Application: Regional Coordinator
Position Summary
The Regional Coordinator provides direct administrative and organizational support to programs and home office. This position interfaces with three Vice Presidents and serves as a point of contact for program operational questions. The Regional Coordinator position requires independent judgment, a solution-focused orientation and a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Position Description
· Ability to analyze and resolve problems, determines priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate initiative relieving the executive of routine administrative details with limited supervision.
· Proactively anticipate and react to: required materials for meetings; priority issues; necessary scheduling changes; and provide necessary research as requested.
· In Vice President's absence, ensures that requests for action or information are relayed to the appropriate staff member.
· Act as a liaison on behalf of division needs, work on grant proposal and ability to demonstrating a thorough understanding of division programs and agency policies and procedures.
Education/Experience Requirements
· College degree preferred.
· A minimum of 3 years of high level administrative experience with operations or related project management experience preferred.
· Experience in a fast-paced organization with demonstrated ability to anticipate next steps.
