Program Description

The purpose of the Holistic Campus will be to provide un-served, under-served and inappropriately served populations with mental health conditions, including co-occurring substance abuse disorder with stigma-free access to traditional and non-traditional mental health services in a safe and welcoming environment that emphasizes health and wellness. 

Position Description

·         Program Manager position will be responsible for the overall operation of the program and supervision of all staff. 

·         Demonstrates ability to perform staff oversight and monitor program budget.

·         Provide holistic, non-traditional mental health and wellness services to clients.

·         Coordinate county mental health services with the development of community board and input, with an emphasis on cultural competence.

·         Continuously monitors and evaluates the efficiency, fidelity and effectiveness of service delivery methods and procedures in compliance with contract requirements and state regulations for Medi-Cal billing.

Education/Experience Requirements

·         Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist or Clinical Psychologist.

·         2 years of management or supervisory experience.

·         A minimum of 3 years experience providing clinical treatment service to adults and families in an outpatient setting.

·         Peer or family member with life experience and working knowledge with peer-based recovery services is preferred.
