Program:
The North Star program provides intensive and all-inclusive outpatient/rehabilitation services with a supported housing component, for persons age 25-59 who are homeless. The Program Manager has overall responsibility for program operations including oversight of clinical services, quality assurance, budgeting, and personnel. Successful candidate will have demonstrated ability to serve in an administrative capacity.
Education/Experience Requirements: Master’s Degree in a Behavioral Science and licensure as an LCSW, MFT or PhD/PsyD in the State of California required. At least five years of experience working with mentally ill and dually diagnosed populations providing similar services AND at least two years’ management experience. Bilingual/Bicultural candidates are encouraged to apply.
