AOD Case Manager

The CalWORKS Multi-Service Center program is designed to reduce mental health barriers to employment for CalWORKS (Welfare to Work) participants. Services include group and individual counseling, and linkage to community resources. Emphasis on mental health, substance abuse, domestic violence, and skills building to increase employability. The Program Manager has overall responsibility for program operations including personnel, contract performance, clinical quality, and budget.
Education/Experience Requirements: Master degree in Social Services or related field; active California license as an LCSW, MFT or Psychologist, is strongly preferred; will consider registered intern or licensed eligible status; two years of experience working in a mental health, substance abuse and/or domestic violence setting; strong preference for candidate with two years of supervisory experience.

The Program Manager will be responsible for the CalWORKs Multi-Service Center.
·         The CalWORKS Multi-Service Center program is designed to reduce mental health barriers to employment for CalWORKS participants. The program provides mental health and/or dual diagnosis services to CalWORKs Welfare to Work participants in order to maximize their readiness for employment.
 
The Program Manager:
·         Has overall responsibility for program operation, staffing and success;
·         Oversees the planning, implementation, time schedules and clinical components of the program.
·         Recruits, assesses and supervises staff;
·         Adheres to program budget and reviews operating statements to ensure program financial integrity; maintain thorough and accurate financial records;
·         Monitors all program records to ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness; monitors all aspects of program operations to ensure adherence to contract requirements; and supervises accurate data collection, compilation and record keeping;
·         Ensures accurate preparation of contractually required reports regarding program progress and success; and
·         Has knowledge of psycho-social rehabilitation model, best practices in mental health, substance abuse, employment readiness and the CCISC model of integrated services for co-occurring disorders.
 
Education/Experience Requirements:

$45,000-$55,000 dependent on qualifications and experience
