Lori Laughlin
Director
Facilities and Property Management
As Director of Facilities and Property Management, Lori Laughlin is responsible for lease acquisitions and services, and monitoring and providing for building maintenance, improvement, and utilities services for all 133 MHS facilities. This oversight includes the agency’s 18 acre, 24 building Hacienda facility. Lori consistently negotiates rates that are significantly lower than the county average, allowing more money to support direct client services. In addition to her site responsibilities, she oversees the purchase, lease and maintenance of the MHS vehicle fleet of 80 automobiles, as well as disposition of fixed assets.
Lori has been employed with MHS since 1995 and has over six years experience in facility and asset management. Ms. Laughlin joined the Business Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) in 2010 and is currently pursuing her Facilities Management Certification at UCSD.
