Want to earn a certification as a substance abuse counselor?

William R. Mead, (WRM) Training Academy is approved by CAADAC, CAARR & Breining Institute to provide academic hours. Upon completion of these courses you can pursue an AOD certification as a substance abuse counselor with most certifying agencies in California.
 

 WRM-TA offers two Alcohol and Other Drug Studies programs:

• Comprehensive AOD program I is approved by Breining Institute and CAARR 
  • Requires completion of 7 courses for a total of 315 academic hours
• Comprehensive Extension AOD program II is approved by CAADAC
  • Requires completion of 7 courses and practicum (supervised externship) for a total of 360 academic hours
