Eastwood Center

Eastwood Center is licensed by the State of Utah and is a member of the National Association of Therapeutic Schools and Programs (NATSAP). Eastwood Center is an adolescent residential program operated by non-profit Mental Health Systems, Inc. The program is for adolescent boys and girls ages 13-17 who are having difficulties in the home, community and school due to emotional and behavioral problems. The program is designed to offer state of the art residential, therapeutic and educational services for our clients. Located in the beautiful Cache Valley community of Logan Utah, Eastwood Center offers a warm, caring and safe environment to meet and successfully address the specialized needs of each youth. Our program utilizes a sophisticated and successful treatment model focusing on the delivery of comprehensive assessment, individualized treatment planning and interventions, and successful family and community reintegration. We provide compassionate care and treat our clients with respect and dignity to empower them to meet their full potential and success. Eastwood Center is dedicated to assisting youth through a client centered and strength based approach that recognizes the individuality of each youth.
 
Program Services
The Eastwood Center provides a comprehensive array of services specifically designed to meet each client’s needs, as listed below:

• Proven and successful model using evidenced based and best practices;
• Comprehensive assessment, individualized treatment planning and case management;
• Individual, group and family therapy;
• Integrated co-occurring treatment for mental health and substance abuse;
• Individualized treatment interventions that specifically meet the unique needs of each youth;
• Expressive (art, yoga, music, multimedia) and Recreational (organized sports, gymnasium, fitness center) therapies and activities to further enhance the clinical benefits of treatment
• Outdoor/Nature Recreational activities;
• Educational services are provided on site by the Logan River Academy (Accredited by the State of Utah, State of California and National Association of Accredited Schools).
