In Custody Services

MHS has more than 19 years' experience in custody substance abuse treatment programs throughout California. Our programs enable clients to reclaim their lives and become productive members of society. Clients learn to live their lives drug/alcohol and crime free. Our services are specifically designed for each individual client and take into account the person's gender, culture, mental health and substance abuse area of need. Our current example of this expertise and experience is in our program Casa Aurora. Casa Aurora is a Female Rehabilitative Community Corrections Center located in Bakersfield. It serves low-risk female offenders using a wraparound approach. The program builds on the strengths of these incarcerated women to enable them to re-enter society as responsible citizens.
