Designed for alcohol and drug counselors, social workers, case managers and other health-care professionals who want to enhance or develop the knowledge and skills to work with the ex-offender population.

This certificate program examines case management practices and counseling processes, including alcohol and drug, corrections, criminal justice, wrap-around and mental health care. Topics include case management models, managed care and functions of case management. Students will gain the necessary knowledge and skills to be a case manager and counselor in any corrections or criminal justice program.

Schedule: Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00p.m.
Length: 7 Weeks
Continuing Education: 7 hours per class or 45 hours for module completion
Individual Class Fee: $63 per class
Module Fee: $360
Includes: Registration, course materials, 45 hours of Continuing Education and Completion Certificate of Expertise in Criminal Justice Studies
