Drug MediCal: Documents & Progress Note Training - Vista
Overview
Participants will gain an understanding of DMC Title 22 Standards, reguired documentation (ie: file forms, Progress Notes and specific language requirements) and timelines for compliance with Title 22 Regulations.
Participants will learn activity codes used by the County Of San Diego/ADS.
Participants will learn the different documentation requirements for ODF and DCH services.
Targeted population is all Alcohol & Drug Treatment Providers: PM’s, Counselors and administrative staff involved in providing AOD treatment to individuals who are MediCal beneficiares. Training is open to the public to any interested parties wanting to become more familiar with Title 22 Regulations and requirements for maintaining AOD client files to Title 22 Standards
