GR 101: Gender Responsive Services for Women & Girls
This workshop will identify 6 guiding principles for Gender Responsiveness for women and girls. It will describe various theoretical perspectives on Gender Responsiveness. Attendees will learn the effects of trauma on women and girls.
The objectives for this training are the following:
- Define gender and gender responsive services
- Identify 6 guiding principles for Gender Responsiveness
- Identify how understanding gender responsive principles directly relate to client centered care
