Management Course Module 1- San Diego
The goal of this workshop is to identify the difference between managers and clinical supervision. The main focus is on ethics for supervisors in both the administrative and the clinical aspect.
Learning Objectives:
- Review the stages of a team
- Identify managerial skills and attitudes
- Review communication methods for supervisors
- Overview of ethics for supervisors
- Identify appropriate decision making for ethical dilemma
