Center Star ACT

Our Center Star Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program is a 24-hour / 365-days per year community based treatment for individuals diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illnesses that have caused them to have trouble with basic life functions such as self care, employment, and social and interpersonal relationships. With an emphasis in serving clients involved in the criminal justice system, our Center Star clients are eligible for services if they have current or recent justice system involvement with misdemeanor and/or felony charges, are in detention currently or within the previous year and are between ages 25-59.
