The goal of this course is for managers and supervisors to explore the concepts and principles of a Learning Organization model of leadership, including “building a shared vision.”

Workshop Summary:
This workshop will provide staff the opportunity to discuss definitions, terminology, and historical differences in addiction and mental health treatment and how these can impact screening, assessment and coordination of care.  Attendees will review the MHS Ten Core Competencies, identify the principles of integrated care, and discuss how to put them into practice.

• Participants will gain a better understanding of the Title 22 compliance timelines, file forms and specific language requirements in documentation in client files.
• Participants will gain an understanding of Title 22 DMC Regulations and Guidelines.
• Participants will learn the most common mistakes discovered in Post Service Post payment Audits conducted by the State of California
