BPSR Fallbrook Clinic

Our BPSR Fallbrook program is Bio-Psychosocial Rehabilitation (BPSR) wellness recovery center opened part-time. A satellite of BPSR Kinesis North, this center provides outpatient mental health rehabilitation and recovery services to assist individuals with psychiatric disabilities to live, socialize, learn and work with the least amount of professional intervention. Those services are provided for clients ages 18 and older with persistent psychiatric disabilities that have Medi-Cal, Medicare or are uninsured. Kinesis North provides medication management, individual therapy and group therapy with topics such as grief and loss, trauma recovery, self-advocacy and empowerment, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and anxiety.
